How do we know that a person - or oneself - has a sunstroke? The first indications of a possible sunstroke are symptoms that occur after a long stay in the sun, especially when the head was not well protected from the sun.

Has the person the lost conscioussness or is his awareness clearly clouded, you must immediately consult a alert ambulance and provide first aid. Store the person in the recovery position, check breathing and pulse regularly.
